Jana McKenzie, MD is a board-certified internist with a passion for ensuring patients get the attention and care they deserve. Traditional medical offices have a number of doctors on staff, no personal relationship with patients, and only minutes to visit with you. This type of practice was not why Dr. McKenzie became an internist. Her belief is that the patient and their care should always be the priority.


In order to achieve a patient-centric medical office, Dr.McKenzie opened Coastal Concierge Internal Medicine. Here, she is able to offer each patient the time to thoroughly discuss their health issues and concerns. You will always see your physician, never a random one, giving you the comfort of being treated by someone familiar with you and your medical history.

At Coastal Concierge Internal Medicine, we strongly believe that your health shouldn’t suffer because traditional primary care falls short. Our membership-based services are intended to prevent health issues instead of treating them after they arise. Dr. McKenzie and her staff will work with you to create a healthcare plan as well as the encouragement you need to continue the program.

Our membership-based medical concierge services provide a unique opportunity for a custom-tailored, proactive approach to healthcare. As a member, your doctor coordinates all of your healthcare needs and advocates on your behalf in a multitude of various medical situations, such as hospitalization, emergency room visits, urgent care, specialty care, and your pharmacy. 

PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE

Dr. McKenzie, a concierge physician, provides all the same services that a traditional primary care physician can include lab tests and annual wellness exams. Treatment and wellness plans are specific to each patient because not every approach works for everyone. We also offer comprehensive healthcare screenings, diagnostic testing, and minor urgent care services like sick visits, stitches, wound care, and treatment for skin conditions.

Coastal Concierge offers telemedicine (telehealth) consultations via phone, video conferencing, and text messaging. Receive healthcare from the comfort of your own home or while traveling.

Dr. McKenzie provides the best Concierge Primary Care Services in Palm Beach County. She is absolutely the best doctor around. She listens to you & takes her time with you. I was in an unfortunate auto accident in So. Florida. I was in two hospitals where it was determined I had a heart condition. In the end it was Dr. McKenzie that finally balanced the medicine to solve my blood pressure and BPS cardiac arrhythmia.
